Group Matwork

I am currently offering hybrid classes where you may choose to be at the studio or join from the comfort of your home via Zoom. I have  a maximum of four places available in the studio. The online classes are still kept small to ensure you have the best experience and I will still be cueing each individual and adapting any exercises as necessary.

 

These classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. They are grouped according to ability to ensure that you get the safest and most effective workout for your body. Sometimes we will use small equipment in  the class which will enhance or challenge your body in a slightly different way. This small equipment may include Resistance Bands, Overballs and Magic Circles. and foam rollers.

Personal Trainer Stretching Session

Private Tuition

Private Pilates tuition is the best option for those who want a highly personalised Pilates session. You may have an injury that makes it difficult for you to attend a class or you may have a sporting event that you want to train for.

The sessions utilise Pilates equipment on the Reformer, Springboard and Wunda Chair. They offer your body both resistance and support. Private sessions are arranged according to your own schedule and each session is all about your body and helping you to achieve your goals.

Classes and COVID-19

From 4th October  I will be running Pilates Matwork classes for up to 4 people in my studio, and a mixture of both Pilates Matwork and Apparatus sessions for individuals or duets.

I also offering NeuroKinetic Therapy® (NKT) sessions, a method of detecting the cause of muscle dysfunction, and an aid to restoring your body to health. These will also be conducted following government COVID-19 guidelines.
