Where do I start?

A significant part of my ongoing professional development has focused on rehabilitation. I am passionate about helping individuals regain confidence in their movement following injury. Injuries can often feel debilitating, and it’s common to respond by avoiding movement altogether — unfortunately, this can lead to greater stiffness, weakness, and discomfort over time.

I’m delighted to offer advanced assessment tools that deliver outstanding results. One of these is NeuroKinetic Therapy® (NKT) — a powerful method used to identify and correct dysfunctional movement patterns by reprogramming the motor control centre, where all movement originates. Your personalised recovery plan will also incorporate effective movement strategies, breath work, and, when appropriate, tailored Pilates exercises. These exercises will be video recorded for you, making it easy to continue your practice confidently at home.

Conditions I commonly treat include:

  • Back and neck pain, including disc and facet joint issues

  • Post-surgical rehabilitation (e.g., spinal, hip, and caesarean recovery)

  • Joint pain and mobility limitations

  • Breath work and functional movement retraining
